2) If you are paying an invoice for a person that is not the cardholder, you understand that you are paying legal fees, depositing a retainer, or otherwise depositing funds for a third person with the Law Office of Michael Lopresto. You understand that you may receive no direct benefit from this transaction of the legal services performed. You waive any right to dispute a charge for those reasons.
3) For reasons beyond our control, we must charge a handling fee of 3% of any deposit to the trust account through a credit card. You agree to make such payment.
